姓名： 汤浩， 小时候很多人叫我耗子， 现在也有些朋友这样叫我。 曾经比较自恋就起了个汤姆克鲁斯浩的昵称， 不过除了自己没人用过。
1983 - 1995 出生于湖南省岳阳市郊。 5岁搬到人杰地灵的岳阳市。 就读于家附近的土桥小学， 小时候爱好十分广泛， 可以说我度过了一个很难得的童年。 父母没有强迫我学习任何技能， 所有的爱好都是我自发要求的。 我想如果将来我有了小孩也会是这样的教育方式。
1995 - 1998 进了离家不是特别远的4中。 4中当时打算实验一个所谓的直升班（就是不参加中考）。 不是很费尽就考上了。初中三年基本上171班的排名就是年级排名了。考过一次第一， 还挺炫的。 不过学习不是很努力， 后来一直在30-40名徘徊。 后来政策改了， 又让考中考了， 努努力考上了1中。 当初171班考上一中人蛮多的。 记得有10几个。家里买了电脑， 对电脑的兴趣开始激增。 花了很多时间在电脑上。
1998 - 2001 高中还是花很多时间在电脑上， 也交了一些朋友。 学习照样半吊子。参加了计算机奥赛， 可惜不是很上心， 最后也没能拿到名次。 高三突击了一下， 效果不错， 考上了北方交大计算机系。
2001 - 2002 非常难忘的大学生活。 很幸运的过关斩将获得了全奖， 有机会参加和鲁汶工程联合大学的联合培养计划， 赴比利时交流3年， 拿交大的本科，鲁汶的硕士。
2002 - 2005 就读于比利时， 全英文授课。 刚开始因为签证来晚了很多课程要赶， 很辛苦。后来就有机会去德国， 法国， 荷兰转转。 毕业前早早的找好了工作， 感觉不错。
2005 - 2006 毕业以后回国， 就职于飞利浦半导体上海的创新中心， 做软件工程师， 主要做了和电视有关的嵌入式软件项目。
2006 飞利浦将半导体业务卖给了以KKR为首的私募资本。 新公司名为NXP （恩智浦）。 在飞利浦期间得到了很多回欧洲出差的机会。 也得到了锻炼。

I am a Chinese currently living and working in Shanghai. I was born in Yueyang City, Hunan province, China. I had a wonderful childhood and adolescence time there. My father had the most influence on my character and personality. Strangely I picked up very different habits and views due to different environment I grew up and different education I had compared to what he experienced.
I am a lucky person. My father is very open to new things. When PC was becoming popular, he managed to buy me a decent PC which led to my major in university and my job now. My father was also very interested in the outside world. But seeing the world for him was a mission impossible, because most opportunities were in large cities in China like Beijing and Shanghai. Spending most of his time in Yueyang city, he wanted me to see the world for him.
I somehow completed the mission my father wanted me to carry. In the freshman year of Beijing Jiaotong University where I studied, I was rewarded the opportunity to study on an joint program in Leuven, Belgium. I then studied Electronics in Belgium for 3 years.
I started working in a top European semiconductor company as a software engineer in Shanghai since 2005. I started blogging because I want to share my view with my friends and hope to improve the understanding a bit about China and Chinese people.
